Garage excavation turned into a moat. The footings had been poured. Supposedly cement cures harder under water... I am not sure I believe that. Everything drained and the crew is busy laying block for the foundation. It is cold and overcast today. The sun was shining this morning on a soft dusting of snow. We need to get the pad poured while the concrete truck can still make it down the road.
